Shop Policies & Terms

Welcome to Simply Looped by Kel. By placing an order with our shop, you agree to the following terms and policies. These guidelines help ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our small handmade business.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
All items sold by Simply Looped by Kel are handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is created from scratch with care and attention to detail. Because every item is handmade, slight variations in size, texture, or color may occur, making your item truly unique.

Production Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped. This time allows us to carefully craft your item to ensure the quality and craftsmanship we are proud to deliver.

Shipping
Once your item is completed, it will be shipped via USPS and typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are $6 for one item and $3 for each additional item in the same order. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information for your package.

No Returns or Refunds
Because all items are custom made and handcrafted, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information and product selections are correct at checkout. Simply Looped by Kel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays or Lost Packages
Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. However, if your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist in tracking your shipment and helping resolve the issue.
